The FIX is in need of a customer centric Store Manager who will live, work and breathe The FIX 6 and always #dowhatsright.

If you’re proactive and have a can-do mentality, this could be the place for you.

YOU WILL :

  • Implement strategic objectives
  • Maximise profit ratios
  • Lead talent within the store
  • Ensure customer service strategy is executed
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are executed.
  • Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
  • People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations and performance management
  • DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

    HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

  • Matric (Essential)
  • Experience in Retail (advantageous)
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Profit and turnover driven
  • Able to manage risk within the store
  • Have the ability to learn quickly
  • Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act
