Requirements :

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 2 5 years’ experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel intermediate level
  • Basic understanding of Finance data capturing advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Building Industry advantageous
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Afrikaans essential
  • Excellent Admin and interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientated and discreet in judgment when dealing with confidential matters
  • Able to use office equipment (Switchboard, printers etc)
  • Duties will include, but aren’t limited to :

  • Answer all incoming calls, and website enquiries
  • Liaise with potential new clients in a timeously manner
  • Liaises with the members of staff, quantity surveyor and architect
  • Diligently receive, direct and pass on telephone, email and other messages to the relevant staff members and clients ·
  • Preparing, sending, and sorting of emails
  • Creating and maintaining filing system
  • Providing office support to ensure efficient and optimal operation
  • Providing administrative services to the Director ·
  • Maintaining record and order of office supplies
  • Supervise the cleaning of the offices.
  • Ensuring that company vehicles are licensed & serviced
  • Coordinating the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintaining all office admin
  • Updating and maintaining of Facebook page, Instagram page and website.
  • From time to time run errands
