A leading financial services company is seeking a Fund Operations finance Associate for a 12 month contract. The primary focus of this role will be on the On-shore Annual Management Charge rebate process, Renewal Commission process and Third party supplier invoices.
The ideal individual will be a team player, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who thrives under pressure.
Responsibilities : Complete both the monthly and quarterly processes to ensure timely and accurate settlement
Client Money Responsibilities in respect of Annual Management Charge Rebates
On boarding of new Annual Management Charge Rebate terms, liaising with various teams and the relevant Transfer Agents* Provide Annual Management Charge Rebates Commission Statements to end clients upon request* Log and submit Third Party supplier invoices for approval
Build relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external. *
BComm or relevant tertiary qualification* Understanding of the Fees and Rebate process
