In this position thesuccessful candidate will be challenged with multi-skilled tasks on a daily basis. The position will involve collaboration with members across the organisation and may include some travelling.
Major Areas of Responsibility : Provide Technical Support for all HVAC products - NationallyCommissioning of VRF and CAC Equipment - NationallyEnsure all daily administrative tasks are processedManaging of Technical Support staff ensuring daily tasks are completedAssist with Spares Strip request, Rehabilitating Stripped Units and all related admin duties regarding thewhole Spare Part Strip ProcedureOverseeing and occasional quoting of VRF and CAC productsVRF Training to Internal Staff and ContractorsAttending to Site inspections whether for HVAC Support and or VRF & CAC Project ManagementInteracting with Supplier Factories regarding queries and or Product related assistanceStock Takes when required as per departmental SOPOverseeing of Support Departments assets ensuring safety and accountability of assetsEnsure that the company's image is maintained and promoted within the marketLiaison with existing customers in a manner in which would further promote the profitability of the companyJob Requirements : Matric or equivalent.
10 years plus HVAC in-depth technical experience and knowledge.Previous Training experience required.Ability to lead a full training cycle.
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.Excellent decision making and organisational skills.Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
