Responsibilities- Develop, implement and maintain the company-s compliance program- Develop company compliance communications- Organise regular training sessions for employees to communicate key regulatory changes and updatesr>

  • Ensure the company functions in a legal and ethical manner whilst meeting its business goalsr>
  • Ensure continual monitoring and review of compliance procedures to help identify possible areas where improvement could be madebr>
  • Advise management on the company-s compliance with laws and regulations by means of reporting- Work with managers to ensure appropriate contingency plans are in place that Important Company guidelines onsho w to respond to a possible compliance breach- Continual self-development and learning in order to stay up to date with relevant legislation and regulations- In addition to the duties Important Company out in POPIA additional duties to be performed include ensuring tha compliance framework is developed, implemented, monitored and maintained;
  • a personal information impact assessment is done to ensure that adequate measures and standards exist in order to comply with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal informationa manual is developed, maintained and made available as prescribed in terms of PAIAinternal measures are developed together with adequate systems to process requests for informationinternal awareness sessions are conducted regarding the provisions of POPIA, the Regulations, codes of conduct or any other information obtained from the Information Regulator Essential Qualifications- Advanced DiplomasPreferred Qualification- Bachelor''''s degree in Accounting, Business Science or Lawp>
