e. the differenceProven team leadership skillsAction and results orientatedAssertive and proactiveProblem solving and decision making skillsCommercial acumen and numeracyCreative and innovative and keeps up to date on retail trendsEntry Requirement : Grade 11 or NQF3 completed, and Grade 12 will be advantageousSupported motivational letter from your Line Manager and or Store ManagerProof of highest academic qualification to accompany your applicationShould not be on another active NQF learnershipNumeracy and Literacy SkillsIPM score of 3 or 4CS4 CS5 at least for 1 year or moreMust have formed part of your most recent career discussionLeadership experience would be advantageousAdditional CriteriaAll applications must be supported and signed by your Store Manager, Regional Manager and your HR Business partner.

If your application is successful, you will be required to have your drivers licence completed by the end of your training programme if you are not in possession of one at the time of application.
