Send regret letters to unsuccessful candidates.Assist with typing of visiting, honorary,and post-doctoral fellow letters.
Assist with loading new employees, visiting staff, honorary staff, and post-doctoral fellows on the systemAssist with maintaining the filing system Assist with receiving and dispatching mail.
Assist with making copies Assist with typing and sending out leave related letters to staff, e.g. maternity, sabbatical leave etc.
