  • Manage and Monitor the Enterprise Mobile Management Platform
  • Administering mobile devices, wireless, and handheld devices to include emergency devices such as cell phones and hospital pagers.
  • Responsible for inventory management of assigned assets, including cell phones, smartphones (Apple iPhones), and more.
  • Perform routine maintenance on mobility devices and contribute to end-user training and end-user documentation.
  • Contribute to mobility-related helpdesk ticket queue on a daily basis; creating, routing, and remedying tickets.
  • Work with iOS Administration Service to monitor, activate, and troubleshoot iOS handheld devices.

  • Implement iPhone OS Enterprise Policy and work closely with Enterprise POCs to ensure cybersecurity and other policy compliance
  • Demonstrated experience and / or industry certification in administering mobile devices, wireless, and handheld devices to include emergency devices such as cell phones and hospital pagers.

    Responsibilities :

  • Focus on Enterprise Mobility Security related to Infrastructure provided by Altron BSI and Telecommunications providers.
  • Work towards enhancing the security of infrastructure systems at our outsourced customer.

  • Reduce and manage and security related risks.
  • Ensure relevant Security measures are implemented and maintained on key systems deployed at our outsourced customer. These include enterprise mobile management and mobile devices, etc.
  • Keep up to date on all security related issues.
  • Use the Cybersecurity Assessment Report as a guideline to address best practices mitigation plan.
  • Produce and present relevant security reports to the customer. Agree actions and timelines.
  • Action all findings (critical events / incidents) from relevant NOC / SOC / Microsoft Intune / Mobile reports. This will include investigating issues identified and working with the team to resolve them.

  • Work with the Altron BSI team and ensure relevant security actions / investigations are executed in conjunction with the team.
  • Security is everyone’s problem and is still the responsibility of every engineer at Altron BSI.

  • Assist our outsourced customer to implement infrastructure related portions of their security policy (provided the technology required is available).
  • Identify and assist with Security related projects and initiatives.
  • Work with our outsourced customer’s auditors on security related audit findings.
  • Document any relevant security related standards and processes to be implemented & maintained across all sites.
  • Identify any security risks and actions required to mitigate them.
  • Conduct internal security audits and regularly review any changes that may affect security. This may require tools or software. Servers, networks etc.
  • Review relevant security LOGS (on an exception basis) and investigate and action relevant ones. (endpoints)
  • Monitor Data leaving our outsourced customer and identify potential threats. This will require tools or software.
  • Help the pre-sales team with Cybersecurity response related to the Enterprise Mobile security such MS Intune and IBM MaaS360.
  • Represent the Altron BSI Enterprise Security Solutions Division at all times.
  • Help with Pre-sales / Consulting activities as required by the business
  • Education Required :

  • Qualifications Requirements Relevant Information Technology Qualification
  • Certifications : Microsoft Intune; Microsoft O365 / Azure
  • Experience Required :

  • A minimum of two(2) years relevant work experience
  • Experience using Enterprise Mobile Management (Microsoft Intune), and supporting inquiries.
  • Knowledge of information systems security principles and methods, the requirements for certification and accreditation of systems testing and evaluation, and performance management methods.
  • Knowledge of test and assessment methods to evaluate security authentication technologies. Knowledge of standards like PCI, SOC2, ISO 27001.
  • Expansive general IT knowledge.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills. Flexible work schedule to provide support as necessary.
  • Experience with enterprise mobility management (EMM), including IBM MaaS360 or Microsoft Intune

  • Three (3+) years’ relevant work experience in a manufacturing company or as a security consultant / post-sales engineer
