Systems Property Administrator Our client boasts a diverse portfolio of properties across all asset classes! They have a need for a systems administrator to support the property teams.

In this position your data management and systems skills will be utilized as your main function would be to ensure that the MDA property management application is functioning well.

Typical duties will include : 1. Liaising with developers on system enhancements. 2. Investigating and trouble shooting system errors.

3. Data capturing and management. 4. Compiling of month end reports, billing runs, and budgets are processes accurately.

5. Testing systems upgrades and add-ons The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 2 years experience in Real estate, with a degree in IT, experienced in working on MDA or MRI.
