Our client in the Middelburg area is looking for a Junior Recruitment Practitioner.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
  • HPCSA registration as a Psychometrist
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a recruitment and psychometrist role
  • Experience in a Heavy Engineering / Mining or Manufacturing environment will be an advantage
  • In-depth working knowledge of EQI, SHL and Psytech test user and IRIS Practitioner and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • KPAs :

  • Provide recruitment training, coaching, guidance and support to Line Managers and HR personnel
  • Ensure that recruitment and selection processes adhere to methodology, quality and timeframe policies
  • Manage the vacancy list and ensure appointments made adhere to documented specifications
  • Ensuring that all psychometry-related activities adhere to SA legislation and best practice
