The purpose of the Dispatch Manager is to create organisational efficiencies aligned with international and national regulations in meat industry by building people capabilities, innovation in work environment and adhere to customer requirements.
The Dispatch Manager is responsible for understanding of internal processes to optimise operations for scaling, grading and wash meat in the warm passage, dispatching product to internal and external customers, whilst adhering to relevant freezing processes.
Also adhering to quality, health and safety and stock control regulations and policies whilst dispatching products.
