We have a Lovely Opportunity for an Outbound Call Centre Manager (BEE) in the Insurance sector, East Rand We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven individual to manage and oversee the Outbound Call Centre.

This is the ideal opportunity for a Manager who enjoys leading and managing in an Outbound Call Centre environment. The Outbound Call Centre Manager will motivate the Outbound Call Centre team to deliver an excellent client experience and support the achievement of sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities Daily planning, co-ordinating and management of the call centre activities to ensure that sales targets are met Implement and measure the success of Call Centre strategies and campaigns Provide coaching, mentoring, training, and assistance to the Call Centre Agents Develop and implement strategies to motivate and reward Call Centre Agents Measure performance and resolve under-performance Ensure that the Call Centre is sufficiently staffed Complete daily and monthly productivity reports Ensure that daily and monthly targets are met Cultivate a strong team culture and a working environment that supports high levels of performance Experience & Qualification 5 7 Years’ Call Centre Management experience Strong leadership and management skills Ability to develop and implement strategies to motivate and reward Call Centre Agents Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Previous experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage RE will be an advantage Results and deadline driven Salary : Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
