The opportunity

Do you want to take a lead role in theconsultation process for a complex regulatory issue and deliveraudit work that will result in highest quality results during Audit QualityReview or external regulatory review? This role is for you.

You’ll work as part of high-performingteams on a broad range of financial services clients and assignments that willstretch and challenge you.

You’ll be encouraged and expected to takeaccountability and make an impact.

Your keyresponsibilities

The scope of the work thatyou can expect to be involved in will include Participate in and, asrequired, lead FSRM client engagements.

Develop long-term, sustainablerelationships with key client stakeholders in line with our go to marketstrategies and individual market development initiatives.

Build and deliverrelevant client solutions, based on knowledge of the client’s agenda. Developinformed views for the client on the implications of current and anticipatedindustry issues.

Generate new business sales through proactively managingaligned accounts, identifying new client opportunities, playing a significantrole in developing and driving a sales campaign / solution.

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate internal audit approaches, be relevant to client specific issues, and track industry trends
  • An interest in continuous self-development
  • Demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
  • To qualify forthe role, you must have

  • Industry related certification (e.g., IIA, CPA / CA, CMA, and RICS), but preference given to CA / CPA
  • A minimum of 6 years of work experience in management consulting environment and in Internal Auditing within Financial Services
  • Strong skills in project management and engagement closure
  • Experience of / and interest in recruiting and professional development
  • Ideally,you’ll also have :

  • Ability to understand and adapt to changing regulatory and legislative requirements
