Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

  • POS logistics and collateral management with Marketing Development Specialist team
  • HHT reporting and consolidation of KPI compliance across Market Development Specialist team
  • Building Relationships with key traders and client regions
  • Market visits individually and with all Key Stakeholders
  • Tracking of Team time and attendance
  • Monitoring and driving performance targets as per scorecard
  • Consolidation and management of direct feedback and escalations from trade around challenges
  • Management and Support of the consumer activation requirements
  • Effective implementation of promotions

  • Request correct point of sale
  • Define mechanics of promotion
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels
  • Negotiate appropriate pricing
  • Call cycle management

  • Identify call cycles and ensure implementation thereof with the Marketing Development Specialist team
  • Administer and complete according to requirements
  • Inform client of cycle and ensure suitable
  • Effective administration (on behalf of Market Development Specialist Team and Gig Rig Team)

  • Complete reports timeously
  • Manage assets and equipment
  • Complete necessary documentation when required
  • Customer service and satisfaction

  • Consolidating feedback from Marketing Development Specialist Team on customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution
  • Manage communication and upkeep of knowledge of promotions / out of stocks / products / delivery date planner, etc. with Marketing Development Specialist Team
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Assist with consumer activation schedules and compliance
  • Effective self-management

  • Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
  • Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures

  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Diploma at NQF level 5 with a marketing educational background (e.g., Diploma in Marketing)
  • M inimum Experience :

  • 3-4 years’ experience in Telecommunications sales and marketing
  • 2 Years Supervisory skill / People Management skill
  • Tech Savvy
  • Valid Drivers licence
  • Smart-phone ( Operating System iOS 9.0 or higher or Operating System Android 6 or higher
  • Must have own reliable transport
