Ensure the correct cost codes are used by the mechanics for the workshop purchases.
Preparing the workshop invoice for the workshop manager to approve and sign off.
Submitting the workshop expenses and forecast to management.
Tracking and tracing the workshop spares / purchases and ensure collection or deliveries.
Ensure the workshop staffs timesheets are correct and submitted to HR.
Updating plant list on a quarterly basis (Tracking and tracing movable assets).
Report on overdue order with regarding to workshop purchases.
Update and submit workshop stock sheet monthly to accounts.
Assist all workshop staff with petty cash claims & cell phone bills.
Assisting workshop manager with all reports, log sheet and workshop admin.
Update monthly diesel price
Co-coordinating the fleets license renewals.
Arranging yearly inspections and calibrations for lifting equipment and compressors.
Supply purchase order for mechanics if procurement is not available.
Participate in monthly meetings when required to report on relevant to the workshop.
Liaise with clients and suppliers as required.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
