  • The main objectives will include : Development and implementation of brand-s communication and digital strategies;Management and optimization of the marketing communication mix;

    Develop winning Brand Communication and Digital Strategiesurn them into plans and Executer>

    Plan and execute all web, marketing database, social media SEO / SEM and display advertising campaigns and retail partner programs as neededr>

    Design, build and maintain our social media presencer>

    Partner with creative team to craft and deploy marketing communications; Act as a consultative resource and subject matter expert for all content creation to support digital marketing activitiesr>

    Own, monitor and report on all aspects of digital marketing performance; contributing to omni- channel marketing calendar including website updates, emails, and retail partner integrationMeasure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIsr>

    Establish process and be main point offor retail partner program and content propagationr>

    Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsr>

    Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsr>

    Collaborate and build relationships with agencies, internal stakeholders, and key retail partner contactsr>

    Evaluate emerging technologiesrovide thought leadership for adoption where appropriater>

    Responsible for communication of campaign details, rationale, and implementation across agency partners, key internal stakeholdersr>

    Content and website managementoptimizing the content on brand websites, retailer-s websites, digital campaigns and social networkshis inclewriting content, adding and translating new, reformatting videos and photosr>

    SEO managementconducting an audit of the three brand websites with keyword research, optimizing important pages and creating content with the Product Marketing Managers to improve our SEO rankingDigital and ampaignswriting agency brief, coordinating the campaign, creating banners with a web designer / external agenciesefine KPI-s, monitor performance and report resultsSpecific website managementCountries which have clubs, or cooking classes website - management and update of information Community management / Social Mediamanaging agency, animating the Facebook page, updating other social media sites, digital PR Monthly reportingto keep the company informed on the online traffic, activities and results for each brand Ecommerce management to be confirmedimplementation of HQ advice on local siteKey Competencies and requirementsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute well thought-out and organized marketing plans and strategiesProven understanding of managing social media advertising campaigns Facebook, Twitter, etcr>
