SUMMARY :

Our client, a Well Established Transport company in Port Elizabeth, Deal Party is looking for a Fuel and Tyre Administration Assistant

POSITION INFO : Requirements

Requirements

  • A meticulous and disciplined person able to prioritise tasks and work methodically
  • Must be able to work within the framework as set out by your manager
  • Matric with Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, general admin
  • Good Communication skills
  • Previous experience in data analysis, compiling and presenting reports
  • Duties include but not limited to :

  • Confirm that all information captured regarding fuel purchases and tyres related issues are complete and accurate before submission on the in-house system
  • Liaising with drivers regarding tyre incidents and fuel issues to obtain a comprehensive and up to standard drriver statement
  • Reporting of risk assessments on a weekly, monthly and year to date basis : Purchasing, Usage, Claims, Driver behaviour, After hours breakdowns
  • Enforcing policies and procedures on tyre pressure
  • Risks management on areas of concern relating to incidents on tyres and diesel
  • Accuracy in capturing of data information
  • Reconciliations of fleet cards and E-tags
  • Breakdown assistance
  • General Filing
  • Candidate must have excellent organisational skills, be able to diarise deadlines and plan accordingly
  • Working hours

    Mon to Fri 8 : 00 - 17 : 00, after hour support

    Alternating weekends and Public Holidays as per operational requirements
