Responsibilities :

  • Completing daily inspections and communicate with decision-makers to ensure that the business is running smoothly
  • Proactive and reactive maintenance
  • Involved with breaches of safety, security or usability.
  • Planning for any future requirements and upgrades
  • Responsible for planning any renovations and refurbishments or office moves
  • Planning for any replacements, repairs and scheduling maintenance
  • Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management
  • Diploma
  • OHAS knowledge and experience
  • On-call after hours as required
