Job Requirements

2-3 years sample making or draughting experience within the Packaging Design or Engineering Industry.

Applicant must have passed and be in possession of a Matric Certificate with Maths / Maths Literacy / Functional Math.

Applicant must have N3 Maths with Drawings.

Must be computer literate Basic MS Skills.

Must have relevant experience with CAD software (Picador preferred)

Must be prepared to be working on their own

Must be able to work in a team environment

Must be prepared to work shifts and / or overtime at short notice that could require weekends Flexible

Responsibilities

Timeously, proactively & effectively communicate with customers as well as administration team.

Work without design supervision & operate the sample machine (training will be done on site)

Update progress trackers with effective time management, ensuring adaptable work ethics

Work under pressure

Support production team on adhoc projects
