The incumbent will be stationed within a professional outbound and inbound call centre environment that renders financial intermediary and advisory services to clients by providing various quotations that best suits clients' needs for vehicle and household content insurance.
The successful hire will be expected to generate leads by cold calling vehicle dealerships and stands (vehicle salesmen, F&I Managers, etc.
generate quotations with the various insurance companies, provide the client with suitable financial advice and realize sales targets.
Duties and responsibilities :
Lead Generation - cold call vehicle dealerships and present the services and benefits and source leads
Stakeholder Engagement - client, dealerships (salesmen and F&I Managers) and various insurance companies
Realize Sales Target - ensure that the target amount of premium sold (SPV), number of sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved.
Must have experience working at a short term insurance brokerage (car & household content)
Must have experience in cold calling
Must have experience sourcing own leads from Car Dealership Sales Executives and FNIs
Must pass Regulatory Examination for Representatives
Full FAIS accreditation
Well-groomed with excellent verbal communication skills
Must display an intense passion for sales
