Job Description :

Our client currently has an opportunity for a Fleet Account Manager to contribute to the business strategy development of the PLT & CVT division.

The successful incumbent will hold a relevant tertiary qualification together with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Market Strategy

Implement PLT & CVT strategy.

Keep abreast of market developments and trends, feedback to PLT & CVT divisions.

Budget / Forecasts

Manage annual sales & expense budgets in line with targets to optimise sales.

Monitor and measure performance against forecast / budget.

Customer / Staff Relations

Maintain and build relationships with key customers.

Discuss ideas and opinions with customers to satisfy their needs.

Monitor and analyse our performance against opposition.

Attend to technical queries and recommend solutions.


Consolidate reports for sales, profitability, SOB, SOM, KAM customer profile.

Measures performance against standards.

Prepare and consolidated reports for PLT & CVT division, recommend course of action based on reports.

Fleet and Key Account Management

Implement Key Account Strategy.

Measures performance against standards.

Monitor to identify new trends and development, so that prompt action can be taken to align to market or avert problem areas.
