Pinetown - Technical Internal Sales representative required to support the external sales representatives and work directly with clients.

Applicants must have their Matric with maths, ideally a related technical qualification and 2-3 years experience in a similar position.

Duties will include receive requests from clients via email and telephonically; analysing and selecting the suitable equipment and doing any necessary calculations to determine its suitability.

The successful applicant will also be required to maintain the ERP system with the clients details, ensure all supporting documentation is up to date, checking availability of stock, monitoring the status of back orders, and liaising with management, clients and sales staff on outstanding orders
