FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Urgently looking to add an experienced "old school" hospitality professional to join our team.
Essential to have exceptional experience managing all Food and Beverage concerns
A minimum of 10 years experience needed working in a LARGE dining establishment
Full responsibility and accountability for entire F&B - stock, costings, orders, wastage and spillage etc.
Excellent attention to details
Input and reconciling all data
This is a 9 to 5 position, would suit a mature applicant who has had a full career in hospitality and knows the ins and outs of day-to-day operations regarding all food and beverage concerns.
