Job Description :
Growing the business by selling products, service and value adds to clients. To develop, build and maintain strong relationships with customer base and business partners.
Contribute to the growth and success of the business by meeting sales targets as prescribed per region
Achieving set sales targets
Account management including relationship management, client retention. Remains the primary contact for the corporate client / trading partner
Business development including the management of client requirements from identification, initiation up to the implementation of the appropriate solution and contract management.
Thorough knowledge of all business processes (internally and within healthcare in general) with the ability to analyse and use business acumen to implement the most appropriate solutions for each client.
Fully accountable for area of responsibility
Expert product knowledge on all offerings and value added services
Job Requirements :
Certificate in sales or Marketing
1-3 years Sales or Marketing Experience
General Practice Management System Knowledge
Sound understanding of Practice Management System principles
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work under pressure
Strategic Prospecting Skills
Customer service orientated
Contract closing techniques
Post-Sale Relationship Management
Excellent interpersonal skills
