    Be familiar with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, social media tools

    Advantageous :

    Experience in a customer service role - call centre / contact centre

    Have used at least one form of CRM software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) extensively

    Xhosa or Zulu fluency

    Knowledge of South Africa's public transport system

    Familiarity with Google Maps and navigation
