Job Purpose

  • Lead the relevant sales department, to define its goals in accordance with CLIENT related country business strategy.
  • Generate orders for the geographical area assigned through the management of Customers and resources by offering CLIENT’s complete portfolio / solutions / services in the applicable segment
  • Regional Sales Manager has P&L budget responsibility in the geographical area within the sales contribution margin range assigned as limit of authority
  • Regional Sales Manager has responsibility for sales force in the geographical area, for sales activities and relevant budget
  • Regional Sales Manager interfaces with Marketing for planning and follow-up of demos (managed by application specialists) and special events
  • Ensure continuous check and improvement of internal procedures and manage the global change process in his / her geographical region.
  • Represent to the accounts in the geographical area

  • with regular visits to the main decision makers within the account to establish solid contacts for ongoing or future business
  • Tender management coordinate sales force and other resources, pricing based on funding available and competitors intelligence, order follow-up for relationship management
  • drive large projects or buiness solutions and services and customer knowledge
  • Establish geographical area business plan through main accounts

  • knoweldge and input of sales engineers based on :
  • customer relationship management (history of customers, customers installed based by CLIENT and competitors, win / lost order analysis in the area by sales engineer, plan A, B customers Market share
  • Determine action plan by sales engineers area for budget achievement
  • ROI on actions in the accounts by sales engineer
  • Implement long term strategies for lasting relationships with existing customers as well as building new relationships
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Sales and Marketing Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales Environment
  • 3 years middle management experience gained in a company with sales and service, functions
  • Strong customer orientation in combination with a proven track-record in sales and / or service management
