What You Will Do : Material Masters : Approve new Item Masters through the MDi process and assist teams having issues with the MDi tool.
Audit and update the Item Master and Item Branch Master Data for Purchasable, Non Stock, Reporting and Kit Items ensuring they accurately represent the information provided from Marketing and Suppliers.
Update and maintain other Item related data such as Item Cross References, Alternative Descriptions, and any supplemental dataLot Master, assist with expiry, sell by and best before date changes where issues have been identifiedAssist with Lot Holds both at Lot Master and Item, Lot levelMaintain GTINs, utilising data from Sphere and the GIM where available and direct business inputSupplier Catalog for Transfer prices, from the GIM for all Stryker itemsLoad Item Cost, including the landed cost for specified regions and assist with Item Cost issuesAdd and maintain EDI Trading LanesKit Items update and create kit items, working towards standardisation and accuracy of all kitting items for sets.
Obsolete kit items where required. Ensure Loan Dockets, where applicable, are of high quality to allow easy checking of kits and that they accurately reflect the BOMs in JDEPreference Management - manage Surgeon and Standard preferences to ensure efficient processing of kit bookings.
GS1 in Entities who publish to GS1 work with the business to update & audit all Item Attribute data for GS1 submission regularly reviewing internal and third party validation reports to correct any errorsMass uploads assist the business with significant data loads, such as planning parameter updates, when requiredSupplier, Customer and Employees : Address Book using only authorised requests add and maintain address book records for Customers, Suppliers, and EmployeesCreate Customer Consignment locations as required and set this up in the Customers Address book with the relevant long addressCredit limit add credit limits with authorised requestsAssist with issues around address book set up and make necessary corrections as requiredFinance MastersProduct & Corporate Hierarchy Create and maintain brands & Product Lines and their associated hierarchyPrice Management - administer all price changes into JDE including price contracts, tenders & TVAs on or before the contract start date.
Working closely with the Commercial or Finance team the Master Data Team administers price contracts, TVAs & Tenders in JDE across all regions.
It is vital that any price updates are loaded on time and accurately to ensure invoice prices are as the customers expect and unnecessary credits are not raised.
It is also vital that any local business controls are adhered to and pricing is not loaded without proper authorisation.
Chart of Accounts upon authorised request and approval from Finance create or maintain the COA, Business UnitsUpdate Corporate published currency rate in JDE 9.
2Other : Maintain other masters necessary for the functioning of JDE such as Item Branch constants, Order Activity Rules and UDCsMust be able to observe, manage and correct master data inconsistencies within the two JDE instances across three regions.
