Johannesburg North - The Manager : User Adoption Services is responsible for crafting and implementing a strategy for the Adoption Services Unit in line with the required growth of the business.

The person is ultimately responsible for the target of the unit.Key Responsibilities :

  • Crafting of a business strategy aimed at the growth of the business unit.
  • Implementing the strategy of the unit.
  • Ensuring all relevant accreditations are in place.
  • Aligning with the sales teams around the country to ensure that all relevant help is provided to thesales team.
  • Ensuring, with the sales team, that all business proposals are renewed.
  • Ensuring with the sales team that new business opportunities can be discovered.
  • Ensuring that a Go to Market Strategy is in place for each one of the offerings of the unit.
  • Ensuring that partnerships with key OEM’s are established
  • Ensuring that partnerships with key System Integrators are established and maintained.
  • Manage a team of people within the unit to drive one goal.Job Requirements : Minimum matric or NQF equivalent essential, preferably a degree.
  • Relevant knowledge of the User Adoption Services and products including Whatfix, Iridize and SEN.At least five years experience in the Adoption of Technology environment.

  • Strong proficiency on MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Sound numerical ability
  • Well versed in the English language (speak, read & write) and ability to clearly communicate at alllevels
  • Knowledge of internal computer systems
  • Very process and procedure driven
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Strong problem-solving attributes
  • Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of the Learnershipenvironment
  • Accuracy of capturing of data and information
  • Attention to detail - critical
  • Excellent interpersonal & conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key product owners
  • Ability to deal with customer queries
