KPIs Finance : Ensure that the revenue / GP targets are met To ensure that the annual revenue and unit targets for the portfolio are achieved through consistent revenue performance.
To maximise profit share on all deals in order to ensure the correct level of profitability is attained in area of responsibility.

to-end customer fulfilment process Exhibit a proactive approach in attending to customer problems and needs and avoidance of customer dissatisfaction, to display total commitment in putting the customer first.
Internal Process Selling of Xerox technology and services-led solutions To protect and manage the M.I.F in the specified accounts and, through strategic account review and account planning, grow the M.
I.F base as directed. To co-operate with sales colleagues and other appropriate functions to ensure that the team target is achieved and to maximise customer service.
To accurately and timeously complete and process all documentation and administration (Diary, Contracts etc). To maintain and develop a high level of Xerox and competitive product knowledge.
Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 Sales and Marketing - Would be advantageous Experience Basic financial acumen Xerox or competitive product knowledge would be advantageous Sales experience within the Office Automation or ICT sector (3-5 Years)
