The Recruitment Administrator and Facilitator is responsible for the following tasks : Reception Responsible for the condition of reception and reporting of any faults Handling inquiries and directing candidates and staff to the relevant points of contactp>

Assessments Arranging assessments for candidates, Booking timeslots Providing feedback to Recruiters and Hiring Managers Keeping and updating trackers Vetting of candidates Arranging screening for candidates, Booking timeslots to conduct vetting checks, capturing of Fingerprints and submitting fingerprints Checking outcomes of criminal reports / SAPS reports Reporting outcomes to Recruiters and Managers
