Skills / duties : Issue quotes, process sales orders for despatch and delivery or collection Liaise with debtors department, reconcile related books and documents Keep a neat, accurate, and organised filing system Assist with client product delivery queries Liaise and follow up with transport supplier Liaise with sales reps regarding stock levels Perform general administration and receptionist duties Requirements : Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent Tertiary qualification in secretarial / administration will be an advantage JDE System accounting experience will be an advantage Three years’ experience in internal sales and office administration Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Good customer service skills are essential
