Achieve service delivery and sales targets; maintain business growth through professional interactions and effective service delivery to booking agents, customers and other stakeholders.

Specific Role Responsibilities Job Outputs :

  • Process car rental bookings.
  • Process quotations
  • General information distribution.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • After sales service
  • Query resolution
  • Record keeping
  • Liaise with internal departments. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Experience :
  • 2 years Customer Service / Call Centre experience. Minimum Qualification :
  • Grade 12 Skills and Personal Attributes Competencies :
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), particularly telephonic skills.

  • Call Centre operating skills, including ability to effectively do a needs analysis with customers.
