Salary : Basic plus fuel allowance, commission and incentives

Area : Sandton Gauteng based

Start Date : As soon as possible

    Broad Description of responsibilities :

    This critical role relies on the ability to deliver on your business units priorities and ensure that your staff achieve and exceed their portion of your stated company sales, new account, promotional and educational goals.

    This multi-functional task demands vision, excellent management, organisational, people and sales skills. It demands the ability to manage, train, motivate and lead your sales team to success.

    Key Tasks :

  • To manage and execute all aspects of the sales policy. Ensuring that a structured, goal orientated plan is in place, and providing all Sales Consultants with an efficient framework from which to work for
  • To understand and execute all the duties as outlined in the Sales Managers Menu in terms of managing, motivating, leading and training the sales team.
  • To manage and execute all aspects of the marketing policy as defined by the marketing department.
  • To profitably achieve and exceed business units sales targets as set out in the Annual Sales strategy
  • To set, achieve and exceed annual new client account targets
  • To oversee all aspects of the pricing policy
  • To achieve and exceed promotional targets as set and agreed with the Marketing Manager.
  • To achieve and exceed annual educational targets as set and agreed with the Education Manager.
  • To maintain Client Relationships
  • To manage all contractual relationships with the client
  • Performing all administrative duties in managing the sales force as outlined by the company
  • Ensuring efficient reporting systems
  • Matric Certificate.

    At least 3 years relevant experience

  • Computer literacy
  • Own reliable transport
  • Valid drivers license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial qualities; team player, self-starter
  • Must be willing to travel
