Position Description :
The Sales Enablement Coordinator will be accountable for providing the Farm Animal Sales team with efficient and reliable support, examples of which include sales forecasting and sales analysis, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting, CRM management in addition to general administration duties.
From time to time the Sales Enablement Operations coordinator will be required to perform additional projects within the Sales Enablement function.
Functions, Duties, Tasks :
Coordinate 3PL services for Sales teams e.g. delivery of samples / replacement stocks.
Maintain accurate and audit compliant, sample register.
General Sales reporting e.g. monthly customer target and rebate tracking, daily sales, agent sales versus targets, etc.
Perform gap analysis for customer rebate achievement and provide related guidance to Sales teams to drive target achievement.
Analyse Sales trends e.g. lost sales, portfolio gaps versus previous sales, branch level development and overall account performance
Prepare accurate and reliable reporting decks e.g. Channel Partner / Customer business review decks, which will form the basis of further negotiation / discussions with Customers.
Product sales forecasting e.g. at Channel Partner level (aggregate and branch level).
Allocate and review Customer to Agent allocation for commission calculations.
CRM engagement and maintenance coordination, user performance measures, agent customer allocation (commission allocation), collate reports for agent feedback and promotional tracking.
Meeting coordination for internal as well as external meetings
Event co-ordination and alignment with sales teams e.g. NAMPO, Vet congresses, etc.
Contract management and tracking Distribution agreements, Pharmacovigilance agreements, Quality assurance agreements
Travel bookings and arrangements including visa applications, where necessary.
Maintain marketing and sales collateral distribute as requested
Tracking and analysis of promotional activity execution, including price execution and independent analysis of each Co-Op branch / Vet practice as relates to Trade Marketing objectives e.
g. product range stocked, number of products, number of facings, etc.
Coordinate the vet practice / co-op mystery shopper program in alignment with TM and marketing expectations.
Responsible for execution of SRM and related GRN processes, as per Procurement procedures.
General admin duties e.g. internal & external communication, minute taking, expense submissions and follow up for Farm Animal functional leaders.
Back up Sales Enablement Coordinator & Assistant when required.
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and / or training, required certifications) :
Tertiary qualification in marketing or business science preferred with at least three (3) years’ experience in marketing & sales support positions.
Competence in extracting and manipulation of sales and stock data from source systems.
High level of social competence and self confidence in presentations and dealings with hierarchy, peers and customers.
Fluent in English language; additional languages are appreciated but not precondition for the role.
Attention to detail with a sound Financial understanding
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Self-driven, deadline driven with good time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
