To ensure all estimated costs on damaged vehicles are submitted for insurance assessors and BMW Group customers. -Responsible for estimating quotations on all damaged vehicles : Ensure visual inspection of damaged vehicle is conducted with customer upon arrival Conduct basic estimation on damage of vehicle Ensure vehicle damage is assessed in conjunction with insurance assessor Assist customers with all courtesy vehicle needs Establish accurate vehicle damage using Audate -

Responsible for accurate submission of all quotes : Submit accurate estimated repair quote to insurance house timeously Ensure customer is informed of quoting process throughout via ASC / Capacity Planner Ensure receipt of approved quotation from insurance house Ensure internal repair quotation is approved by ARC Manager and Insurance house Submit approved repair quotation to workshop.

  • Responsible for all costing inquiries in excess of approved quotation : Ensure knowledge of cost of repair work in excess of approved quotation Establish reason for excess of repair work Liaise with insurance house on reason, status of excess cost of repair work Ensure customer is informed off all work done on vehicle via (CRM, Foreman) Assist in sourcing / locating for available parts within approved scope -
  • Ensure collection of customer vehicle process is adhered to and vehicle release form is signed off : Ensure vehicle is ready for customer delivery Ensure customer is timeously informed wrt.

    vehicle availability Ensure vehicle is parked in collection bay Ensure customer is accompanied either by quality controller / estimator through final vehicle inspection Ensure all repair is done according to Job card Ensure proof of customer payment is received prior to releasing vehicle -

    Attend weekly repair centre meetings : Discuss any potential costing issues Ensure effective understanding of latest BMW SA bulletins and procedures Discuss potential marketing initiatives Senior Certificate (Grade 12) Computer literate(Office suite) Drivers license Motor Dealership experience / Approved Repair Centre experience (5 years) Technical qualification (i.

    e. spray painter, panel beater etc.) Quoting Systems knowledge (i.e. Audatex) Structural repair experience
