We are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a breadth of knowledge across sales in the digital web design and development technology sector who enjoys working in a demanding but rewarding environment.

If you’re a megastar in taking an entrepreneurial approach to business development and can find creative ways to seek and nurture leads, must have a hunter approach to bring new business, then this is the role for you .
THE FINE PRINT
Mandatory Skills - 5yrs+ experience of working in a Digital Agency
Demonstrated web sales experience, selling of bespoke custom websites (Mandatory requirement)
Have a successful track record in business development
Must have proof of sales i.e. KPI report l Target report l Payslips (showing commission earned or sales)
Comprehensive hands-on experience in Web Development and 2 years of coding experience and knowledge
Business Analyst and Technical sales desired
Take an entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach
Be able to work autonomously and take accountability for your performance
Have proven B2B Digital Agency sales experience
Be keen and passionate about the digital industry
Proactive, dedicated and self motivated attitude
Be comfortable dealing with SME's at the board / owner level
Know what it means to be a genuine team player
Have a strong understanding of typical / core business processes
Have excellent written English
Ensure proposals, reports and other documents are attractive, effective, clear and accurate, enhancing brand identity
