Establish and drive strategic direction and execution of the data, campaigns andreporting enablement for the VAPS channels and products.

Manage the optimaluse of data for all Value Added Product campaigns and data (sales, collection,retention, service, admin and marketing).

Track, influence, provide solutions andescalate any factors that might affect performance. Provide input to the rulesdetermining contact data use and monitor controls and measure adherence tothose rules.

  • Leadership and DirectionCommunicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy andbusiness plan within the team;
  • explain the relationship to the broaderorganization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to theseand to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.

    Operations ManagementOversee an functional area with guidance from senior colleagues. Could involveresponsibility for development or delivery (or both).

    Supervise others workingwithin established data systems.Project ManagementPlan and manage the delivery of projects within an area of professionalexpertise, using an appropriate project management methodology to giveassurance that intended outcomes are achieved.

    Information and Business AdviceProvide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of analyticssystems, policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries andissues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.

    Campaign GovernanceEnsure project compliance with the organization's wider program and / or portfoliomanagement decision-making structures and processes.

    Data Collection & AnalysisUse, coordinate and advise on the use of data from a wide range of sources toanalyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.

    Insights and ReportingContribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Leadexecution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns andtrends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.

    Performance ManagementDevelop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions toensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organization's performancemanagement systems to improve personal performance.

    Manage and report onteam performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports orproject / account team members and hold them accountable for achieving these,taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievementof team / personal objectives.

    Organizational Capability BuildingUse the organization's formal development framework to identify the team'sindividual development needs.

    Plan and implement actions to build theircapabilities. Provide training or coaching to others throughout the organization inown area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfillpersonal potential.

    Maintain an in-depth understanding oftechnology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoingeducation, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

  • Requirements General EducationRelevant Degree / Diploma (Essential)General Experience6 or more years experience in Campaign Management (Essential);
  • Knowledge of Diallers (Essential);Knowledge of Operations and Marketing (Advantageous);Short Term and Long Term Industry experience (Advantageous);
