Want to be a part of our team?We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Lead to to lead a payroll harmonisation and implementation project for 48 countries.

This is a newly created role that sits within the HR Digital Platform team supporting the Total Reward Centre of Excellence and the successful candidate will need to have in-depth experience of leading a global payroll system implementation.

Working at NTT Documenting both new processes and project requirements Having a comprehensive understanding of local legislative requirements Being the lead in relation to both pre and post implementation tasks as well as testing Providing regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders Working with key stake holders within the organisation Being the key contact for the payroll vendor in relation to country specifics Provides expertise and knowledge into the Global Payroll Project team on the future / emerging strategy for payroll service delivery, including the associated service delivery model Analysing leading practice, market trends and benchmarking to bring innovative thinking to the delivery of the Payroll domain.

  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of the service model, Payroll processes and associated tools and systems. Embeds high skill and knowledge levels in to the team Analysing relevant metrics to provide insight in to current and future domain performance;
  • adapting and improving the service in an agile and responsive way, aligned to the global framework of the Global Payroll Project team and working with the outsourced service provider, where applicable Proactively capturing and driving requirements for enhancements to the technologies and tools and communicating and leveraging those opportunities through the Global Payroll Project.

    Provide and receive feedback to / from the Domain Manager, Foundational Services on processes to reduce payroll impacts and to provide end to end continuity of service and the minimization of impacts to the employee and company Establishing, building and developing trusted and productive relationships with Business Facing HR in region to ensure the appropriate transition of payroll service delivery to the new model Establishing, building and developing trusted and productive relationships with the key stakeholders involved in the project Representing the Payroll Domain in relevant governance meetings Establishing and maintaining relationships with local Finance and Tax groups What will make you a good fit for the role?

    Extensive global payroll experience including implementation of new payrolls Strong technical payroll knowledge Excellent organisation, administration and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Initiative and creativity within the parameters of policy and procedures Attention to detail and numeric skills Ability to work well within a multicultural team Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects in addition to day to day activities.

    Demonstrate the ability to develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders involved Have a solid track record of executing payroll solutions for an international remit Be able to handle and rectify across country requirements and challenges Have technical and operational expertise in dealing with complex requirements SuccessFactors HRIS experience is essential including related payroll integrations with SuccessFactors
