Legal Manager The role of the Legal Services Innovation Manager (LSIM) is to support the Firm in delivery innovation,value creation and efficiency through legal technology, service development, process improvement,legal project management and alternative resourcing initiatives.

The LSIM will support the delivery and expansion of the Legal Services Centre (LSC) and will be closelyinvolved with legal technologyassessment, implementation and utilisation.

The LSIM will also supportother aspects of the firm’s continuous improvement and efficiency strategy as part of their role within the Knowledge and Learning team.

The job spec and further details will be provided to the successful candidates. Formal Qualifications :

  • Law degree
  • Admission as an attorney an advantage.
  • Project management qualification is an advantage.
  • Six Sigma or other process improvement qualifications or experience. Experience :
  • 7-10 years of general business experience including legal project management.
  • Experience of delivering successful projects to large law firms.
  • Experience in piloting and administering legal technology solutions.
  • Change management experience.
  • 5 years of team management and leadership experience an advantage
  • MS Project / other project or workflow management tools experience.
