Job Description : IT Helpdesk Support

Responsibilities : Hardware and Software Support

Hardware and Software Support

  • Install and Implement new servers, Linux and Windows
  • Fully configuration of the following services
  • Wireless Support

  • Apply firewall rules on existing routers
  • Creating new bridged connections
  • Implementing QOS on all WIFI routers
  • Networking

  • Setup basic routing on Cisco routers
  • Trouble shoot Cisco switch ports
  • Implementing new IP ranges and making sure the routing is working
  • Configure internet firewalls on Cisco and Linux
  • Requirements :
  • Matric
  • Matric
  • Must be able to work unsupervised
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Must be from IT background but no specific industry
