Job description

Our client an established IOT company seeks to appoint talented, hardworking Android SDK & Java Developers to join their successful and innovative team.

You will be required to work on complex systems and must be able to take initiative and work constructively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and show significant potential to learn new development skills.

Requirements :

A minimum of 3 years software development experience.

Strong knowledge of Android SDK and Java

Solid grasp of Android Architecture Components, popular design patterns and SOLID principles

Good knowledge of Android UI design principles & best practices

Familiarity with popular libraries such as Retrofit, Dagger2 and RxJava

Highly advantageous skills :

Experience developing ReSTful Java Apis. Spring Boot experience highly advantageous.

Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) advantageous

Understanding of Git & GitHub advantageous.

Experience with RFID-Android integration advantageous.
