Our client, a financial service provider, requires the service of a Claims Handler who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing, managing, negotiation and settlement of the claim and is accountable for the finalisation of the claim end-to-end.
This position entails ensuring client satisfaction and general administrative duties.Key performance areas : ?Processing of claims on systems (TIAL & ROC) ?
Handle claims and deal with them efficiently and with minimum delay in accordance within mandates conferred ?Handle information reporting ?

Must have matric ?A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous ?Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in short term insurance claims environment sound knowledge of claims processing, policy wordings and interpreting assessor reports ?
Computer literacy (MS office & must be able to do system processing) ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must be fully bilingual English & Afrikaans) ?
