Position Description : As part of the People Shared Services that will provide excellent service and employee experience for over 23, employees, the Senior Talent Development Consultant’s primary responsibility is to perform the Skills Development Facilitator role and support the implementation of Skills Development related learning and development activities and maximize the skills development score in the organization.

As the Talent Development Consultant (SDF), your responsibilities will be : End to end implementation of all skills development initiatives identified to support the achievement of the SD component of the BBBEE scorecardContribute to the annual BBBEE submission (SD Element)Plan, monitor and track all skills development activities to ensure compliance to SETA grant funding requirementsPlan, complete and submit annual BBBEE SD scorecard data (SD Element)Prepare and submit BBBEE audit evidence (SD Element)Monitor and track absorption of learners to positively impact the BBBEE scorecard for the FYManage compliance to relevant SETA’s internal and external audit requirements by implementing and maintaining the QMSManage and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure on time delivery of projectsManage and submit SARS IT SubmissionsContribute to the annual WSP and ATR submission : Support the Talent Development Manager in the development, management and control of the Skills Development budget in line with the Skills Development Learning strategiesPlan, complete and submit annual WSP and ATRIdentify and manage potential risk related to all skills development activitiesContinuous focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in skills development processesContinuous focus on identifying risk to delivery and timeous escalation of any deviation to policy and company practiseAssist broader People Shared Services according to resource needs (valley periods, emergencies, projectsTo apply you need to have : HR Degree or relevant Qualification (essential) e.

OD-ETDPRegistered as a Skills Development FacilitatorAt least 8 years functional experience in Talent and Skills Development across the board (essential) of which at least 3 years have been in a SDF roleKnowledge and a working understanding of relevant legislation, specifically those relating to Skills Development, Employment Equity & B-BBEEKnowledge and experience in B-BBEE SD Scorecard ManagementProven experience in managing SETA and Industry funded skills development initiatives end to end, from grant applications, project management and managing the company’s accreditation, to managing the Claims processProven project management experience and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyPassionate about the user experience / customer serviceProven planning and organising skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of proficiency in verbal and written EnglishAttention to detail and high levels of accuracyData analysis skills and analytical thinkingA can do’ attitude with high service deliveryContinuous improvement performance mindsetResilient in the face of obstaclesAbility to work in fast paced environmentsPreference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
