IntroductionThe purpose of the role is to provide coaching to Employer Group's Staff to provide insight and understanding of financial wellness and equipping clients with the right solutions in order to reach their personal financial goals.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesCold CallingAssess a client's overall financial position by analyzing the clients ITC report and understanding their financial situationBased on the assessment it is the coaches duty to provide the best possible solutions to the client in order for them to manage their financial situation and debt freeThe coach / consultant must be able to make a measurable impact for both the employee and DCM.
The coach / consultant must have the ability to interact with people with empathy, compassion and be trustworthyThe coach / consultant will be required to provide solutions to ALL employees that he / she interacts withIt is the coach / consultants duty to proactively engage with the employees and also to ensure that he / she becomes an intergral part of employees lifeThe coach / consultant must be able to source their own leads and be creative in his / her approach.
