Job DescriptionMain Purpose of the RoleConsultants in AGR are responsible for the delivery of the regional Audit Graduate function, with the support of the Regional manager.

This is done by strategically integrating effective AGR processes, programmes and practises into daily operations, coupled with talent intelligence and solid stakeholder relationships to effectively build a sustainable Audit trainee pipeline.

Location : Please note that this position takes place at our Durbanoffice location.Job RequirementsThis individual must have had extensive graduate recruitment and development experience preferably in a professional service environment.

They may have worked in a Talent Space in a University or similar.The individual is responsible for ensuring that there is a healthy talent pipeline to meet business demands.

This is done through the active engagement with signed andunsigned students, developing and rolling out student programmes, and talent hunt activations.

  • This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.Strategic Impact Intake and PipelineUnder minimal guidance, delivers to clients inline with defined strategic objectivesSupports management in the implementation of change initiatives as directedDevelops relationships with peer group in the client business to understand their businessParticipates in team efforts to find solutions to address issues in area of expertise that may enhance / renew service offerings to clientProactively provides solutions to address business needs relating to regional talent needsClient Impact : External / Internal - RelationshipsWorks collaboratively with own team and client area to deliver quality service in allocated tasksProactively consults with senior / s on issues arising that may impact the broader deliverables of the team to clientsProvides research output relating to thought leadership / technical matters on request from line managementDevelop strong relationships with signed and unsigned studentsDevelopment of strong relationships with Academic traineesOperational Effectiveness FC;
  • VAC; New Hires; Recruitment ProcessesRaises areas of concern related to own / team delivery of service for discussion and resolutionWith minimal supervision, completes designated tasks for review by line, ensuring deadlines are metProvides line manager, team and clients with detailed reporting on status of deliverables on a regular basisRemains aware of risk in area of expertise in alignment with Deloitte policies and processesEnsure all recruitment and admin processes are adhered to;
