Job DescriptionMain Purpose of the RoleConsultants in AGR are responsible for the delivery of the regional Audit Graduate function, with the support of the Regional manager.
This is done by strategically integrating effective AGR processes, programmes and practises into daily operations, coupled with talent intelligence and solid stakeholder relationships to effectively build a sustainable Audit trainee pipeline.
Location : Please note that this position takes place at our Durbanoffice location.Job RequirementsThis individual must have had extensive graduate recruitment and development experience preferably in a professional service environment.
They may have worked in a Talent Space in a University or similar.The individual is responsible for ensuring that there is a healthy talent pipeline to meet business demands.
This is done through the active engagement with signed andunsigned students, developing and rolling out student programmes, and talent hunt activations.
