My client based in Capetown has a vacancy for technical support agent. Reponsibilities include :

  • Effective management of customer faults and queries.
  • Apply technical knowledge of the limited payouts machines (LPMS) when trouble shooting faults and queries.
  • Effective use of the National Central Electronic Monitoring System (NCEMS) when perforoming tasks and reslving LPM faults.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service support at all times through adherence to contact SLAs and key porformance indicators.
  • Ensure that player disputes resolution proceedures are followed and performed timeously.
  • Ensure compliance to Internal and External policies , proceedures and regulations with all related authorities.
  • Grade 12
  • Relevant certification
  • Technical contact centre experience will be highly advantageous.
  • English with a 2nd or 3rd language will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Technical troubleshooting experience
