Assist the marketing team in renewing Product-Service-Offers
Collect market and competitor information and create a plan to defend company market shares in order to grow opportunities
Hands On demonstration of implementing and utilising products within a welding function
Annual Goods Sales Budget reports and monitoring thereof per country and create reports on individual growth for each sector as well as advise on strategies for further growth
Maintain relationships with important multinational clients
Oversee sales projects and tenders
Assist Country Managing Directors with the implementation of business plans
Data analysis and understanding with regards to sales
Training of Best Commercial Practices over all branches
Forecasting and Demands Planning
Assist and support Country Managing Directors in the hiring of staff for sales teams, development training, sales evaluation and business objectives
Travel to numerous African countries
Technical qualification in welding - A MUST
Engineering / Commercial Degree
5- 8 years’ exp. In sales, marketing and customer management and hard goods, product management and development
Welding process and application exp.
General computer knowledge
Must have a valid driver’s license
Willing to travel internationally 2 weeks in a month
