Looking for a junior / intermediate manager, the most important skill set is the ability to create structure and order, diverse communication skills, proficiency in both Gsuite (particularly Google sheets) and written work and have good time management skills.
1 to 2 years work experience

Gsuite - specifically google sheets
Xero - not required but would be great
Creating and streamlining logistics structures
Managing client - after sales, following up, solution providing, managing whatsapp groups, compiling invoices to clients
Managing drivers - ensuring site runs efficiently, delegating to fleet and site managers, compiling statements for drivers
Creating efficiencies within the business - cost savings, comparing service provider costing, creating efficiency structures
Compiling and updating company policy documents - health & safety doc, asset management doc etc.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
Managing the office personnel
