Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to : Sourcing of products from suppliers Getting costs and stock availability etc Ordering of samples using sync and arranging collection and delivery thereof Keeping up to date with new products and product development internally and externally.

Accurate quoting of products and services to the client using Sync or Pastel Follow up of quotes Opening of job cards Managing required margins on Sync and making sure the correct costing % are loaded Requesting of templates from design dept.

Confirming order and order number from client or Sales Executive Confirming client info and making sure client info form is completed and submitted to accounts dept and loaded on sync and Pastel Sync or Pastel order procedure to be followed.

Process invoice or picking slip as required and forward to warehouse for processing Arrange artwork to be forwarded to the art dept.

Confirming delivery dates with production and recording correct delivery dates on the job cards (Sync) Following up on jobs in production and confirming delivery for clients and Escalate any potential problems to the Department Head Ensuring Embroideries and samples are approved timeously Negotiating and planning of urgent orders with production and suppliers.

Opening Sample job cards and following up on delivery of them Completing of credit requests and credit applications on behalf of client and submitting to accounts.

Notify client by mail or fax that order has been dispatched or couriered and what the waybill number is Compile backorder list / report and manage process and feedback to relevant client Communicate with Dispatch with regards to urgent collections or deliveries required Prioritise and schedule orders , provide clear and effective communication to our customers and stores Make service calls to clients to confirm delivery status as well as other customer care functions, i.

e are they happy with the order, do they need anything etc. Solve problems, and escalate where necessary Assisting with account collections and finance problem solving as required.

Qualifications and Experience : Grade 12 plus tertiary qualification Above average, Computer Literacy SYNC Knowledge and experience
