Regal Distributors requires an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager at our Polokwane Branch. Main Functions Ensure sales targets are met.
Build portfolio of customers, both existing and new. Analyse and monitor purchase activities of each customer. Monitor sales trends in the industry and amongst customers.
Customer service excellence, focusing on the retention and churning of customers. Source new business and maintain existing clients.
Ensure business like telephonic and email communication with customers. Ensure timeous responses to emails and telephonic queries.
Provide prices on request and advise on boxed quantities where possible. Offer additional products and specials after the order has been placed and offer alternate products when the exact product is not in stock.
Advise management on product needs including monthly product projections and reporting on projects. Minimum Requirements 2 - 3 years experience in external sales Electronic Security Products knowledge essential Target driven Own vehicle and valid drivers license
